Acceptance
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. The order is accepted only when confirmation or dispatch information is issued.
Stock
Drop stock can sell out or fail allocation. Vanta may cancel and refund unavailable, declined, abusive, unlawful or technically incorrect orders.
Display
Dark fabrics can change under screen brightness, studio lighting and crop. Customers should read fit notes, fabric direction and selected size before payment.
Conduct
False delivery details, payment abuse, automated checkout attacks, promotion misuse or attempts to disrupt the store can lead to order refusal.
Remedy
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods should be reported quickly with photos, packaging information and order details so support can choose the proper legal remedy.
